Whitman's 3rd format

This format was released around 1961 or 1962.  I believe the cover artist was Helen Sampson based on a name on the back side of at least one of the original paintings, but the paintings themselves are not signed on the front cover.

The interiors are the same as the previous printings, except for the endpapers.
