The Bobbsey Twins dolls

These are items that I have absolutely no interest in  =)  I'm not a completest as a collector--certain things can fall by the wayside for me.

But for the sake of inclusion on the page, since it is meant to showcase all items Bobbsey related, here they are:

The 1957 vinyl Syndicate dolls

This is another super scarce item--another one I didn't know existed until eBay proved its existence  =)  For some reason, all the dolls available seem to have been centered around Freddie and Flossie. Don't know why.  Even the paper dolls on the back of the dust jackets in the 1930s only had Freddie and Flossie.  As if Nan and Bert didn't even exist.

These pictures all came from the eBay listing.  From the listing: "They measure 13 " tall and their bodies are made of washable vinyl".  I like that the lid has a glued-down version of the dust jacket art from the late 1940's-1962.  Although I don't know why it's so off-center.....

Clearly, Flossie has been stripped of her dress.  Not known exactly what that looked like.

The 1982 Effanbee Dolls

The Flossie and Freddie dolls from Effenbee.  Along with outfits for them.  And yes, I think the pictures below makes it look like they are out of a horror movie: the catalog page with Fredde's creepy face and huge eyes and the picture below with plastic bags over their heads.....but almost all these pictures came from eBay, and I have nothing to do with them  =)
