The 1st "full" Grosset & Dunlap format

Not counting the half G&D/half CP printing discussed earlier, this is the 1st "real" G&D printing.  Very rare.  Only the 1st three books I believe were printed in this format. 

Cary Sternick has a great blog page with information about this format--I didn't even know about this format until I saw his page!  Cary has kindly given me permission to use his picture below of one of his dust jackets, with blue ink used, instead of the red on mine.
